Minou Cardigan

The Minou Cardigan is a cozy, yet elegant cardigan with beautifully alternating Half Fisherman’s Rib and cable stitch. It will be worked top-down without sewing, starting with the back and from there proceeding with the two fronts. Below the arms all three parts will be combined and worked until the desired length is achieved. A 1x1 rib will be added to give a nice finishing touch. Both drop-shoulder sleeves will be worked by picking up stitches from the body and knitted without decreases until the desired length, then again a 1x1 rib will be worked as finishing step. A double knitted button band gives the whole cardigan an elegant edge and can be individually styled with four buttons.

The Minou Cardigan is designed to have a positive ease of 5-15 cm. Each size corresponds to your bust circumference or the widest part of your upper body. In the pictures the person is wearing the top in size 2 with a positive ease of 14 cm and a bust circumference of 89 cm.
